Orders can be modified or canceled within 3 hours of placing the order. Please contact through our email immediately if you choose to cancel/modify and order.
Yes! We provide worldwide shipping, which can take 7-14 days depending on location.
Orders are typically shipped within 1-3 business days. Shipping generally takes 5-7 days to arrive! We offer different shipping methods based on the order type:
• Letter [Untracked] - This shipping option is for small and paper-only orders! Please only choose this option if you are ordering stickers or prints. Any large or keyring orders will be refunded with this shipping option.
• Bubble Mailer [Tracked] - This shipping option is for larger orders or for keychains! A tracking number will be provided with this shipping.
Yes! Orders over $50 qualify for free domestic shipping, while orders over $100 qualify for free international shipping.
Unfortunately, we are currently not offering any refunds or returns for orders. However, if your order does come damaged or incorrectly, please take a photo of the damaged item and contact us within 48 hours of delivery for a replacement or a refund.
If you want to cancel the mailing club subscription, please cancel it on your order account. If you were charged before you were able to cancel, please contact me through the contact form. If the monthly mail hasn't been sent yet, a refund will be issued.
